We eat out….way way too often. It’s not good for us and it costs way too much money. So we’ve decided to start menu planning and making sure we have all the ingredients. For the longest time, I’d write out the menu plan and totally forget to buy all the ingredients. Thankfully, our Kroger got online ordering….I can now place items in my grocery cart at the same time as put the recipe on my list. So I thought I would post our menu plan and maybe get some ideas from some comments for some yummy dinners. ETA: We are currently doing low carb for lent, so all of these recipes are low carb!
Tonight: Low Carb Taco Bake
Wednesday: Crock Pot Sausage Pepper Stew
Thursday: Lunchmeat and hummus wraps! (We have church Wednesday nights so we keep it simple!)
Friday: Low Carb Cheeseburger Casserole
Saturday: Peanut Chicken Skillet!!!
