Have you ever considered doing paleo? I’ve had great success with paleo but it can definitely be hard to know where to start. Thankfully, this book was sent to me and it really lays out how to start doing paleo. The basic premise of paleo is to go back to how we ate as caveman. So lots of meat, vegetables, and fruit but less so on the grains and processed foods. It’s not really a diet but generally you will lose some weight on it.
